Sehnsucht

Ich leb` hier und Du lebst dort,
kann` s nicht versteh` n, warum bist Du nur soweit fort?
Kannst Du nicht in meiner Nähe bleiben,
warum trennen uns Landesgrenzen wie Fensterscheiben!
Ich bin hier und Du bist dort,
warum ist jeder von uns an einem anderen Ort?
Ich seh` Dich immer noch vor mir steh` n,
wünsch` mir so sehr, dass wir wieder gemeinsame Wege geh` n.
Ich träum` hier und Du träumst dort,
und doch ist jeder von uns beiden am falschen Ort!
Sag` mir, wo Du bist, sag` s mir, wo!
Ich muss Dich wieder seh` n, ach, ich vermiss` Dich so!
